To maintain momentum in our experimental and development activities in R&D, Morrow is seeking a Research Technician to join our Mix & Coat team on the Pouch Cell Line at our research center in Grimstad.

This is a hands-on, entry to mid-level role ideal for candidates who have worked as a lab technician previously and are looking to grow their technical skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix materials according to specified formulations.
• Operate and maintain equipment for electrode production.
• Assemble cells and modules with precision and adherence to protocols.
• Perform quality control tests and record data accurately.
• Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes under the guidance of senior staff.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, following all safety protocols.
• Document experimental procedures and results in regular reports.

• This role is ideal for candidates who have completed vocational education in laboratoriefag, kjemiprosessfag, or related technical subjects through upper secondary VET or fagskole programs.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to technical challenges.
