Flight Coordinator (Amadeus) – Come fly with us!

We’re seeking a dedicated Flight Coordinator to join our air team on a temporary basis.
You’ll manage group flight bookings in Amadeus from inquiry to ticketing, working closely with our Kristiansand office and a dedicated colleague who will be your closest day-to-day partner.

At Norsk Tur, we handle group arrangements with all major international airlines, so knowledge of airline group policies, fare structures, and operational procedures is an essential part of the job.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every booking is accurate, compliant, and efficiently delivered.

You can work remotely from anywhere, following Norwegian working hours (CET 08:00–16:00).

Your profile

• Demonstrated experience with Amadeus, especially in group bookings (essential)

• Confident handling the full workflow: PNR creation, fare quoting, name list handling, ticketing

• Familiar with airline group policies, fare rules, and procedures

• Highly detail-oriented, structured and reliable under deadlines

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — Norwegian is a plus

• Strong user of Office 365, especially Excel

• Self-motivated, solution-driven, and able to work independently
