Headquartered in Bergen, we are relatively small team in Norway but planning to grow and add more employees in 2027. Our India office has around 60 employees who support customers spread across Nordic, Europe and USA.

We welcome professionals with a background in engineering, design, PLM, digital engineering, or digital transformation. While direct PLM consulting experience is not required, a willingness to learn and grow in this field is essential.

You will be involved in solution architecture, customer consulting, leading PLM projects, process improvement and project management. Over time, you will develop deep expertise in PLM and technologies such as Siemens Teamcenter.

You will report directly to the CEO, providing you with unique insights into leadership and strategic decision-making. If you're interested in advancing your career, there are opportunities to be groomed for management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and identify solutions or opportunities for improvement

• Work with customers to improve engineering and product-data processes

• Design practical solutions to business and engineering problems

• Lead or contribute to PLM and digital transformation projects

• Participate in solution architecture and process design

• Lead workshops and discussions with customer stakeholders

• Take responsibility for project workstreams and, when appropriate, project management activities

• Learn and apply new technologies to solve customer problems

• Develop expertise in PLM platforms, particularly Siemens Teamcenter and its integrations

• Help Sales team with technical information to win new leads.

• Conduct training for customers when required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical, information systems, technology, or similar), or relevant professional experience

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Engineering

  • Product development or design

  • PLM

  • Digital engineering

  • Digital transformation

  • Engineering systems or enterprise applications

  • Engineering/project management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You may have worked as a PLM user, key user, administrator, engineering manager, project lead or in another role where you have been exposed to PLM and engineering processes.

Note: Ability to obtain security clearance for potential defense customers; Norwegian citizenship is required.

Work Location: Anywhere within Norway.

Working hours : Flexible except core time 09:00-14:00

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter

• Experience with PLM processes or systems

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering-intensive industries

• Experience leading projects or workstreams

• Experience with process improvement or digital transformation

• Experience working directly with customers
