As a Global Support Engineer, you play a key role in delivering world-class technical support and ensuring the reliability of our solutions worldwide.

Working closely with service engineers, distributors, product specialists, and R&D teams, you drive effective problem resolution and help improve our products, processes, and customer experience

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and product-related issues.

• Provide advanced remote support to teams, distributors, and service partners worldwide.

• Own support cases and ensure clear communication throughout the resolution process.

• Document solutions and best practices in the knowledge base.

• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to address recurring issues and drive improvements.

• Support and train first-line support teams and service partners.

• Coordinate effective resolutions, including engineering support, spare parts, or field service intervention.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

• Continuously develop your technical expertise through training and knowledge sharing.
