The label size is 40, medium, this is vintage sizing, please check the measurements:

Chest circumference measured just under where the armpits of the sleeves end about 104 cm, measured without stretching the crêpe
Fastens with four buttons to the front, all buttons in place
V neckline, collar
Lightweight fabric, falls and drapes beautifully
Preloved. Some slight pilling (nupper) which isn’t too obvious to spot. In good vintage condition.
