Description:
Large lot of original vintage chart recorder components.
This is a high-quality mechanical system, likely German/European manufacture, built to a very high standard for continuous measurement (temperature, pressure, humidity, etc.).
Included in the lot:
• 2 × large clockwork-driven drum units (24h rotation)
• 3 × smaller drum units
• Multiple brass chart drums / cylinders
• Bag of original brass components / mounts / hardware

Condition & functionality:
The two main clockwork units are especially interesting:
• Both wind up very smoothly
• You can clearly feel the fine, precise internal mechanism when winding
• The movement feels tight, clean, and well-preserved
• I have only wound them slightly (about half a turn), but both behave identically
👉 Based on feel and mechanical response, my honest assessment is that they are in working condition
These were clearly built to a very high standard — you can feel the quality immediately when handling them.
