Long-Term Rental Wanted – Stable and Responsible Couple

Hello, My partner and I are looking for an apartment to rent starting from the beginning of June. We are a couple in our 30s, originally from Poland, and have been living and working in Norway for over two years. We both have permanent employment contracts. I work with concrete and tiling, and my partner works in housekeeping at a hotel in Oslo. We are responsible, financially stable, and take good care of the homes we live in. In our free time, we enjoy staying active outdoors, but we also value a peaceful and comfortable home environment where we can relax. We are friendly, polite, and easygoing, and we appreciate maintaining good relationships with both landlords and neighbors. We are committed to staying in Norway long-term, which is why we are actively learning the Norwegian language and culture to integrate fully into the local community. We are looking for an apartment in Oslo or nearby areas, up to 30 km from the city center. Ideally, it should have a separate bedroom, around 45 m². Rent up to NOK 17,000, but we are open to considering higher offers. We share our home with our beloved dog and a small kitten. Both are well-behaved, calm, and fully house-trained.
