Good day, I’m a 40-year-old researcher working at an institute in Oslo on a permanent contract. I live alone, do not smoke, and have no pets. I value a quiet and comfortable home environment and will take excellent care of the property. Requirements (please do offer anything below) - Minimum size: 40 m² - Alternatively: 35 m² if it includes a balcony, loft, high ceilings, or another feature that adds a sense of space.
 Maximum rent: - 16,000 NOK/month if within 25 min walk to Oslo S
 - 15,000 NOK/month if within 25 min commute to Oslo - S
 - 12,000 NOK/month if within 1 hour train commute to Oslo S
 Please do not offer: - Basement apartments - “sokkelleilighet” - Apartments that are part of private houses - Shared apartments/houses - Apartments with poor sound proofing About me: - Permanent contract and stable income
 - Can provide documentation and references from previous landlords in Norway 
(Over the last 5 years I lived in Norway; previously Denmark, UK, and USA)
 - Calm lifestyle: I spend a lot of time outdoors—hiking, camping, and enjoying nature
 - No parties planned; occasionally a relative or friend may visit once or twice a year
 - I often travel
