PhD-Student looking for longterm rent in Tromsø starting now

Hei, my name is Patrick and I am starting a 100 % position with a four-year contract as PhD-student at UiT this january, As a chemist my work will be focused on researching new antibiotics. For that reason I am now looking for an appartment in Tromsø. My budget is up to 14000 NOK per month. Since I am already in Tromsø, I would be available for potential appartment viewings from now on. I am learning norwegian, currently at the A2 level, but for easier communication I am writing this text in english. A little bit about myself: I am a 25 year old German, but already lived in Tromsø for half a year during an internship period in 2024. Now I am coming back to live and work here long term. I do not smoke or have any animals. Outside of work I like to enjoy and photograph the beautiful nature around Tromso, go hiking or skiing. Since I have a car I would need a place to park that car as well.
