Liten familie søker leilighet for langtidsleie

We are looking for a long term rental of one or two bedroom apartment starting in the second half of July or beginning of August. We are somewhat flexible with move-in date with. Preferred are apartments near Nordmarka or Nydalen T-bane that are partially furnished (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and some wardrobes). Nice to have: garage with charger for the electric car, common bike room, balcony/access to garden. Depending on apartament details we are willing to pay up to 24000 kr per month including regular bills. We are a small family moving from Horten to Oslo in July. We come from Poland and we have been living in Norway for two years now. We are both 30 years old and our son is 2. We also come with a small (9 kg) 4 year old dog. I work as an Electronics Engineer and will start a new job based in Nydalen which is the reason for our move. My partner has her own sole proprietor business. We are responsible, nice and we take care of the places we rent - we can provide references if needed.
