Familie leter etter hus i tre år

We are a family of 4 (two children of 9 and 3 years) from Kiel and are looking for a house/ apartment to rent for three years (1.8./1.7.2024-30.6./31.7.2027). During this time my husband and I will be teachers at the German School in Oslo (Myra 5) and our children will attend the school/ kindergarden at that address. Therefore it would be great if the house/apartment was "close" to that address. We are looking for 3+ rooms (4 would be great, because my mother will partly stay with us) and hopefully a little garden for our sons to play in. Also we are looking for a place that is furnished, because we don't plan to give up our house here in Kiel and therefore don't plan to bring our interior furnishing.
