Hello everyone. Due to my current roommate moving out, my landlord and I are looking for a new person to share two-bedroom apartment(Two bedrooms and living room). The room will be available from May (I live in the other room).

So, I'm looking for someone to share the apartment with.

The apartment costs 17,000 NOK + electricity (approximately 700-800 NOK to share). 3 months deposit divided by 2. Each part written on the contract with owners. 8500 nok for half of the appartment. Deposit 25500 nok. Contract for only long term (1 year at least)

Internet and heating included.

The apartment is located at Tonsenhagen, fully equipped and close to a forest. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

There's a bus stop nearby for lines 60, 25 and 31 which goes 24/7.

The nearest metro station is on Linderud.

The Kiwi store is one stop away.

Linderud Senter is a 5-minute bus ride away.

There are several free parking options nearby, and parking for residents is available for purchase (600 nok for 2 years)

Small pets are welcome.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, quiet, non-smoking, and values peace, good communication and relaxation after work.
