The apartment is divided over 2 levels with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and bedroom 1 on the first floor, and downstairs down a flight of stairs you will find bedroom 2 with a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a shared back garden with a seating area.

I am renting out a single bedroom and looking for a flatmate to share the apartment. The rent includes access to the common area: living room, bathroom, kitchen, and a small garden. Electricity and the internet are included in the rental price.

The apartment is furnished with double beds in both bedrooms and a sofa and dining table in the living room. White goods are also included.
