ABOUT US
Jess ( English) is a VFX producer and Studio Manager. Margarita (Norwegian) is an actor, teacher. Olive (English/Norwegian) is a cat. We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly household.

The apartment is more of a home than a collective and we often hang out, we are friends as well as housemates. We are usually pretty quiet Monday - Thursday, we respect each other's space and early nights and are more social on the weekends. We also have the odd movie night, share a wine and have friends over from time to time. It’s important to us to find someone who wants to be part of that, someone who is comfortable spending time together as well as alone and you’ll also need to like cats!
We are open to all between the ages of 28 - 35 and would prefer a long term let but open to shorter term (min 3 months)

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is in central St Hanshaugen, right next to the 37 & 21 bus stops and close walking distance to Kiwi, Coop & 1 Sunday store plus multiple coffee shops & bars. Between us we share the main kitchen/lounge space with a large balcony along with a shower room & separate toilet. The building has a roof terrace and communal laundry room, safe bike parking and a small backyard.

The room (third bedroom) for rent has a lot of light throughout the whole day and is offered unfurnished. It's a big cozy room that can comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobes and a desk. We also have plenty of shared storage in the rest of the apartment.

Rent is 8900 per month - including hot water & communal laundry.
Electricity is an extra shared cost each month (around 100 - 150kr atm)
We split the cleaning responsibilities weekly and keep the apartment tidy.
