Beautiful apartment in Majorstua has one room to let

We have 1 furnished room available for long term rent in a beautiful apartment with balcony and garden in Central Oslo. The room is available from 01/03/26.
The room is large (15 sq m)with an old-style working fireplace and looks out to Maries gate.We only want max 4 people in the flat and we keep a tidy house. The flat consists of 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms-one with a big bathtub, Tv room, and laundry room.
Internet (fiber connection) is included in the room price.
Electricity usage will be calculated each month. The landlord has agreed to cover electricity costs up to 4000/month. If it exceeds 4000 for the apartment in any month the remainder will be paid and cost divided between the 4 of us. The bills are normally below 4000 but can go over in winter.
Deposit will be one months rent.
The room is 8750/month. There is also a 500kr deposit on the keys.

We have a shared garden. Transport is amazing, bus, tram, train all within 2 minutes walk. Frogner park is 3 mins away.

The flat has been shared now for 5 years and has always had a lovely atmosphere. It’s important to us that anyone coming in is amenable and friendly and doesn’t mind doing their fair share of cleaning etc :)
We are looking for a male or female age: 27+. You will be sharing the flat with 3 professional females average age around 30. We all have normal work routines. Also important to mention that this is definitely not a party house although shared dinners with friends etc is of course fine:)
