Beskrivelse

Bright apartment on the 3rd floor located on Adamstuen, between Stensparken and "Idioten" (a park/green area), with a short walk to St. Hanshaugen. The apartment consists of an entry way, kitchen with necessary appliances, two bedrooms (approximately the same size) on opposite sides of the apartment, bath (including washer and dryer) and a combined living room and dining room. The apartment also has a fireplace. A future tenant can decide if they also need access to a ~4 m2 storage room (bod).

The apartment will be rented out to one or two responsible residents. As this is a calm and quiet apartment complex, we focus on getting long-term tenants that appreciate these values. We unfortunately do not accept smoking/vaping in the apartment.

The owners of the apartment are responsible and responsive for necessary things that needs to be taken care of during your stay as we believe in a good relationship between the tenants and owner. References from us can be given upon request.

Apartment details:
The unfurnished apartment includes entry way that leads to the bathroom. The bathroom has a stand up shower, WC, new sink, washer and dryer. Turning left in the entry way leads you to the kitchen that consist of a newer refrigerator and cooler. The kitchen has a cook top and a newer oven. The kitchen fan leads cooking smell straight out to avoid extensive cooking smell. The kitchen has a big window that is facing the courtyard with the morning sun. Continuing further past the kitchen you get to the second bedroom. The bedroom has a window towards the courtyard and has a separate storage room/"walk-in-closet".
Turning right in the entry way leads you to the living and dining room where you get good light from large windows facing west. The living room has a fireplace situated across from a corner where a couch today is situated. To the right of the living room you will find the first bedroom that includes a larger closet and larger windows.

The apartment building has a nice bright facade. In the court yard there is parking for bikes and some green area. On the other side of the building you have a seating area where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. This area has a grill you can use to BBQ.

The area
As the apartment is located between two parks and <10 min walk to St. Hanshaugen park, you have plenty of green areas to choose from. Public transportation, like the tram and busses, are <2 min from the apartment. There are also several bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores (Joker and a new Kiwi) to choose from in the area. The EVO gym has also opened <5 min away. SATS (Bislett) is also close by. There is <10 min walk to Bislett where you also have additional transportation and services. The location gives you an opportunity to enjoy the city of Oslo but also step back enjoy the quietness.

Rental terms
The rent includes maintenance fees, but not electricity. The maintenance fee includes cleaning of the common area and stairs, internet/wireless WiFi, general maintenance of the building, and basic cable/TV-package.
