The Grey room near SUS

We are seeking a tenant for our second floor, the Grey room. Our location provides a nice view and is conveniently close to the city centre, SuS, and only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop that connects to UiS.

The rental property consists of a 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with a cosy living room, a nice kitchen, a sunny terrace, and a functional bathroom. The top floor (3rd floor) includes two bedrooms, a coffee kitchen, a toilet, and storage rooms.

In the basement you find the washing machine and dryer, but also a separate freezer for everyone's comfort of food storage.

We have fully equipped rooms with furniture, luxurious duvets, Egyptian cotton bed sheets, and comfy towels.

A fixed energy and consumables fee of 750nok a month covers: the municipal expenses, high-speed internet, hot water, and electricity, as well the washing and cleaning products you need for your cloths and household (laundry powders, linen softeners, all the cleaning products etc).

The kitchen includes everything you need to make yourself a quick breakfast, or an advanced dinner.

The Grey room has a 140 cm wide bed. The room also has a brand new big wardrobe, commode, carpet etc.

We are looking for a tidy, polite and social person, preferably over 25 y.o.
