Cozy room in Ullern, Oslo

Hello !
For rent from the beginning of July a room in the beautiful area of Ullern. The room is located in a Villa and not in a block of flats, which makes it a unique, cozy and very quiet place.

Very close to streetcar line 13 and T-Bane number 3. The way to Nationaltheather takes 10 min. Also there is a bus 3 minutes from the house of line 23. Villa neighborhood, a lot of greenery, forests and walking and bicycle paths. Great place for active people, especially students, because the conditions for studying are fantastic !

There are 3 other people living in the apartment, there are 2 bathrooms in the house. One bathroom is for 2 rooms. Working and studying people live there and such people are also preferred ! Everyone who lives in this house expects silence, peace and cleanliness in the places we share. So far it has been very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this place to live because the area is very quiet, there is a large terrace assigned to the room where you can relax after work etc.

The owner is very hassle-free, I am only moving out due to a job change, otherwise I certainly would not want to give up such a fantastic room.

The room is for rent with a bed and a closet. A desk can be purchased by prior arrangement (Cost 500 nok) and this is a part between the landlord and the person purchasing the room.

Preferably people who already have references !
