Plenty of resturants in the Area, pubs and shops. Trikk 18, 12 11 goes by schous plass trikk stopp which is 2 minutes away. Closest food store is less than 5 minutes away, choose between Kiwi, Coop, Joker or Bunnpris, everything is closeby. The apartment is on the third floor on a side street from the trikk tracks, so no trikk or bus that drives outside the flat.

Internet is included in the price of the room but electricity comes with a cost of 500kr per month for all rooms in the flat.

it is possible to pay a "Depositumkonto" (one time payment that you wont get back) instead of paying the full deposit. Depositumkonto is 14% of the total deposit
