Rom in bofellesskap i sentrum av Frogner, 4min Solli plass, 10 min Nationaltheatret tog station

At the end of May I'm planning to leave a beautiful and spacious room in the heart of Frogner. Area is buzzing with life, with variety of restaurants and cafes, but rented room is facing backyard, so it's nicely isolated from the noise of nightlife etc.

Apartament is located close to:
Frognerpark (15 min, 5 min with tram),
University Library at Solli Plass (4 min),
King's Palace (10 min) and surrounding park,
Aker Brygge (15min).

Closest public transport:
Nationaltheatret train station - 15 min
Niels Juels Gate (12) - 1 min
Solli (bus 21, 30, 31, tram 12, 13) - 4 min

Room is 15m2, with beautiful, high ceiling and huge window that allows plenty of afternoon sun into the room. Partially furnished with bed/mattress, small wardrobe, shoe cabinet and chest of drawers. None of those need to stay in the room though, some things belonged to previous tenants, some furniture was changing it's place between rooms at some point.
Common area in the apartament consist of shared kitchen and bathroom, there's no living room. Kitchen is fully furnished with two fridges (1 per 2 tenants), some kitchen- and silverware, microwave, cooker with an oven, and dishwashing machine. In bathroom is shower, washing machine, shelfs with place for everyone (1 spacious shelf each), toilet and washbasin.

All tenants are working people in their 20s-30s.

Deposit is around 14 600 kr. Electricity, heating and internet are not included in rent. People that want to start rent from end of May, beginning of June will have priority.

I am open for visitings most of the days before 15, but if you're not able to do it in early hours then let me know - mabe we'll be able to find a date suitable for all!
