The house has 9 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and a laundry room across three floors. The kitchen includes oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and an extra fridge. All rooms come furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe/dresser and panel heater. Electricity is shared among tenants.

The household is a mix of young adults and adults, most working full‑time. This is not a party house. Tenants are expected to keep shared areas tidy and follow a simple cleaning rotation.

Great location: walking minutes to Sandnes Bus Station (Ruten), close to grocery stores, pharmacies and AMFI Vågen. Good public transport connections. Parking may be available on request.
