Unique Island Home in Stunning, Peaceful Surroundings – Reduced Rent
The house is located in absolutely stunning surroundings. It is completely quiet, and you wake up to beautiful birdsong every morning.

This is a special property that requires a practical and responsible tenant. The garden is large, and there is a boat available for use, but the tenant must know how to maintain both the boat and the garden. I will also need help carrying furniture in and out when the floors are being maintained.
The house is normally rented out for NOK 20,000 per month, but due to damage on the house/garden—the rent is currently set at half the normal price. I am therefore looking for a tenant who will take good care of both the house and the garden.
The new tenant should enjoy outdoor work. The lawn needs to be maintained during the summer, the plum trees need care, flowers need attention, and the grass/play field (woolly ball field) needs to be used and maintained.

Garden and Backyard
The outdoor areas are currently not in good condition and will need care and regular maintenance.
Wooden Floors Inside the House
There are six damaged areas caused by dog urine. Next summer, a professional company will:
Replace the damaged wooden boards
Sand the floors
Re-seal them
Install new rubber strips between the floorboards
Basement
A dog farm was initially operated in the basement. It has been thoroughly cleaned, and there is no mould, but there is still some remaining dog-related smell.
The basement was later used for cleaning dogs and food trays. Therefore, the basement must be kept dry at all times and must not be used as a washing or cleaning area.
Downstairs Bathroom
The door and bathtub need to be replaced.
Until the bathtub is replaced, there is only one usable shower in the house.
Because the wooden floors will be repaired next summer, I will need access to the house for approximately 2–4 weeks during that period. For this reason, tenants cannot bring their own furniture, as all furniture must be removed while the floor work is being carried out.
The lawn / play area has also not been maintained to a proper standard and will require care.
