Lease: Not earlier than 1. July 2024 until 30. June 2025.

The rent contract can be terminated by both parties with a 3 month deadline until moving out within the lease at the expiration of the month at which the deadline expires.

OTHER
Subletting, pets and smoking is not allowed. Furniture need to have protective padding to protect the hardwood floors. Putting up permanent fixtures, drilling holes in walls etc. need to be prior coordinated in writing with the landlord before taking place.
