The location is perfect. The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet one way street 2mins walk away from trams 11/12/13/17 and buses 30/31. It is at the bottom of grunnerlokka which makes it easy to go out in grunnerlokka and quick if you need to take public transport to the city. There are great local cafes and restaurants on the same block.

The balcony is lovely and the backyard is opened up so that there is plenty of communal space to just enjoy being outside. The people living in the building are really very nice and it has such a nice vibe going on so I really hope to find someone who will get along and enjoy the apartment.
