Room (9m2) available for minimum 3 months. I have another room (7 m2) available for short stay

Both rooms are equipped with heater that warm up the room to comfortable temperature in 1 hr. The kitchen and bathroom are not recently renovated, but they are functional. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with two/three people. The room is small as in the picture, not suitable for long term.

The place is located in the working class area of Stavanger, close to Kilden center, with all the facilities nearby. The house is 3 km from the university-a nice walk through Sørmarka forest. Good bus connections to Forus.
