Prerequisites​

To use this API, you need:

  • Valid FINN Partner ID and credentials
  • Understanding of HTTP APIs and authentication
  • Development environment with HTTPS capability

Important: Dynamic Enum Values (DEV)​

Critical for Integration Stability

The FINN API uses Dynamic Enum Values (DEV) for property attributes (facilities, property types, ownership types, etc.). These values change over time and must not be hardcoded in your application.

You must:

  • Fetch enum values from the Dynamic Enum Values (DEV) endpoints regularly (recommended: daily)
  • Store values locally in your application
  • Validate against current values before submitting ads
