We provide a complete managed service for compliance recording with support for more than 60 different communications systems and telecom operators, and the service includes secure storage, and easy management of voice recordings and recording of other digital communications.

As our Product Director, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our market-leading SaaS platform. You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales – helping us reach new markets while staying close to our customers.

As our Product Director, you’ll be responsible for the strategic product direction. It includes product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, project management and product marketing. In a nutshell, you will be head of product management, building great services that deliver value to our customers and our business.

You will oversee all product-related matters. Including user experience (UX) and product analytics. You'll collaborate closely with the development team and other product management personnel, playing a crucial role in influencing the product organization's culture and strategic direction.

The Product Director needs to be self-driven, and this role can be based in our Halden, Oslo or Sandefjord office, but we are also open to flexible home office arrangement.

What we’re looking for

• Higher education in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in product marketing or product management – ideally with SaaS.

• Strong commercial and technical understanding.

• Excellent communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.

• A strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
