We want you to hold a university degree to Bachelor level in Communication, Marketing, Digital Design or equivalent. In addition, it would be beneficial to have worked with communication and/or training before (1-3 years experience). If you also have some relevant certifications, it will be a benefit.

- Structured and analytical.
- Outgoing and energetic.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
- A positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs.
- Some experience in working with stakeholders across cultures.
- Due to our global spread, willing to occasionally work flexible hours.
- Some planned travel to TOMRA locations must be expected - 15 to 20 days per year.

WHY WORK FOR TOMRA:
At TOMRA you get a job with a purpose alongside a challenging, interesting and profiled job in a growing IT environment. You will be in a function where standards are set and communicated, and your thriving energy and structured way of working will come to use.
Needless to say we are a company offering market standard salaries and that we have a good compensation & benefit package to offer all our employees. We also believe offering our employees a good place to work goes beyond the compensation&benefit package stated in your contract, which is why we have the best canteen ever offering an ever changing variety of salads, warm dishes, fruit/cereal/yogurts, variety of coffee and top-notch tea, on-site gym, garage where you can hose-down your bike and charge it before you take off back home. We argue we are good at taking care of our employees and throughout the winter, we offer "daylight walks" together with colleagues once per week, we have several active employee interest groups - and we truly like to celebrate when that is called for.
We offer all our employees to work hybrid after the probation period is completed - before that, the role is on-site.
