Are you looking to drive innovation in digital and content excellence within pharma?

We are looking for a CEx Business Partner – Digital Excellence to join our Customer Excellence team at AbbVie Scandinavia. In this hands-on role, you will drive innovation in digital and content excellence, leveraging AI to enhance customer engagement and shape a future-ready commercial model.

The CEx Business Partner - Digital Excellence at AbbVie is expected to partner with key stakeholders and therapeutic areas across the Scandinavian affiliate to:

  • Serve as the Customer Excellence Team expert in digital and content excellence, integrating global tools and processes tailored to our go-to-market model.

  • Explore innovative strategies to optimize the digital and content approach using AI, driving digital performance excellence and fostering a future-fit mindset for a modern customer engagement model.

  • Drive initiatives in other customer excellence-related topics, tools, and processes in line with company priorities.

The CEx Business Partner - Digital Excellence is part of the Customer Excellence team in Scandinavia and reports to the Customer Excellence Director, Scandinavia.

The Customer Excellence Team comprises specialists in various fields, all working as proactive partners to support success and development within the AbbVie Scandinavia business model. The team's purpose is to ensure AbbVie's success in both current and future go-to-market models and to lead positive change within the organization.

The CEx Business Partner - Digital Excellence collaborates with other members of the Customer Excellence team.

 

Major focus areas

  • Drive and support Digital-and Content Excellence by ensuring compelling content creation and utilization across Brand Teams in Scandinavia -identifying gaps, suggesting corrective actions.

  • Act as a forward-thinker with robust technical, analytical skills and a deep understanding of AI’s place in digital- & content excellence.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Optimize digital experiences using insights and analytics, focusing on user experience and personalization.

  • Optimize cross-channel traffic and suggest enhancements to create seamless customer journeys through digital touchpoints.

  • Keep pace with rapid developments in AI and related fields; experiment with AI-powered platforms and applications (e.g., for content generation, data analysis, and productivity) to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Serve as the liaison between Customer Excellence and Commercial departments, aligning content excellence with global, regional, and local policies.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating performance, gathering customer feedback and satisfaction data, and implementing changes to enhance user experience and business value.

  • Act as affiliate Champion in the Global Content Excellence community and be the point person from Affiliate CEx on Global Digital Transformation.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in customer experience, economics, marketing, or equivalent.

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in digital and content management.

  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and enthusiasm for GenAI tools, with a willingness to experiment and apply them across tasks.

  • Skilled in influencing without authority in a matrix organization and leading through informal leadership.

  • Ability to serve as a strong ambassador for change within the organization.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities with a solution-oriented approach.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Fluent in English and one or more Scandinavian languages.
