InflowControl is seeking a problem-solving Engineering Manager with a flexible mindset to join our Engineering Department.

•         Lead and develop our mechanical engineering department
•         Collaborate and provide engineering support internally as well as external stakeholders
•         Contribute to optimizing and streamlining our products manufacturing processes
•         Create and refine 3D designs and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
•         Plan, prioritize, and implement tasks within the engineering department

We are looking for someone who:

•         Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering design and manufacturing engineering.
  • Good experience with 3D design and FEA tools.
•         Can review or create detailed technical drawings for manufacturing.
•         Has experience with procedures, standards, and documentation.

•         Approaches tasks methodically and with structure.
•         Is curious, proactive and responsibility within their field.
•         Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
