• A highly skilled, experienced chef with a background in upscale or fine dining.

• Strong understanding of Asian ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles.

• Able to thrive in a demanding, detail-driven kitchen.

• Creative, collaborative, and passionate about culinary innovation.

• Maintains high standards of hygiene, organization, and consistency.

• Calm under pressure and takes pride in every plate served.

• Solution oriented, selfstarter, focused on the customer's experience and the end result.

YOUR ROLE

• Execute dishes with precision according to the restaurant’s culinary vision.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef on prep, execution, and new dish development.

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation on every service.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient station at all times.

• Support the entire kitchen team to uphold seamless, high-end service.

• Stay current on trends and techniques in modern Asian and fusion cuisine.
