Become a Key Player in Our Quality Work

We are seeking a Quality Manager who will play a central role in developing and strengthening our quality work. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where safety and quality is the top priority, and where your contributions truly matter.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for further developing and implementing our quality processes. You will work closely with engineering, project and technical departments to ensure compliance with industry requirements and standards while continuously improving our internal processes. This is a position where you will have influence, the freedom to shape the quality strategy, and the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated colleagues in an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, manage and maintain quality assurance policies, processes and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the organization in quality matters, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards 
• Establish quality KPI’s and lead continuous monitoring and improvement
• Development follow-up of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans, etc. 
• Ensure quality verification of deliveries and implemented changes
• Subcontractor management on quality related processes
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with quality requirements 
• Follow-up of identified non-conformities and lead root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively 

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a relevant degree in quality management, engineering or a related field
• Has experience in quality management, preferably from offshore wind, maritime, or energy industries
• Has experience as a lead auditor, preferably with ISO certification
• Has experience with engineering guidelines/industry standards/class society
• Has experience with document control systems, SharePoint, PIMS etc.
