Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business economics, Finance or Accounting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

- Good understanding of accounting principles (such as revenue recognition etc)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Work Tasks:

• Generate accurate and comprehensive sales orders based on provided information.

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with operations teams regarding job statuses.

• Prepare and process invoices in accordance with established accounting practices and contract terms.

• Input and update data in SAP with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Generate regular reports on sales order processing.

• Complete month-end and accounting close processes.

• Support inventory control processes by reconciling inventory records with financial data.
