Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for an exciting challenge?

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor for a large-scale and exciting construction project. We are looking for someone with the right experience and qualifications to lead electrical installations professionally.

Location: Bergen West

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: To be discussed during the interview

Start: beginning of August

Duration: Open contract, long term

The position involves direct employment with our client. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise power supply, lighting, communication systems, and control system installations
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Monitor progress and address quality or technical issues during electrical installations
• Review and approve electrical drawings, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other teams to align project schedules and milestones
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders

• DSB approval for low voltage
• Proven experience managing electrical installations in large-scale infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with budget adherence and cost control
