Do you want to become our new Team Leader?

We are looking for a Service Team Leader for our GRC Advisory Unit in DNV Cyber!

Our GRC Advisory Unit in DNV Cyber is now looking for a business- and people leader for our GRC team in Norway. The team currently consists of 10 highly highly skilled employees with a solid consultant background. You will make sure your team members are flourishing at the same time as the team are performing on an optimal level. You do this with empathy and a genuine interest in the colleagues in your team.

In this role you would be the Service Team Lead for consultants who provide Cyber Security and Information Security consulting services to our clients. Our consulting focus is on how our clients govern and manage Information Security, Privacy and Cyberlaw within their own organization and in relation to their suppliers and service providers (aka "third parties"). The consultants within Advisory assists our clients in daily information security related problems and are the key user of information security management system (ISMS). Our customers represent various industries, both public and private sectors, and our mission is to help customers achieve their cyber security goals.

Accountabilities:

  • You will be accountable for your team’s business performance (revenue, profitability), consultants and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Your main responsibility will be to support your team members to do their job which is helping our customers solve cyber security issues and develop new security related capabilities.

  • You make sure we have a good mix of competencies and capabilities to do that.

  • You will also be responsible for recruiting to and training your team.

  • Besides that you will also be involved in sales and pre-sales activities to ensure that we have great projects and assignments for our consultants.

  • You will also be responsible for the teams current deliveries.

To be able to succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Strong and proven leadership experience and skills

  • Strong business mindset and ability to drive results

  • Energy and experience to drive new business together with sales, including participation in the pre-sales phase

  • Experience and a genuine interest in developing your team members to achieve greatness

  • Ability and motivation to understand clients, their businesses and challenges to help creating and validating proposals that suit the client´s needs

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community

  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, track and coordinate multiple tasks

  • Strong ability to motivate people

  • Great communication skills in both Norwegian and English
