Functional Analyst- Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d) 

We are looking for a Functional Analyst who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements to create functional user stories that support the development of services and products in alignment with customer needs, product strategy, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maximize the product value proposition and ensure that fraud prevention initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.

• Take ownership of and maintain related processes and documentation, ensuring traceability and consistency in functional specifications, component implementation, and verification.

• Work in cross-functional teams to assess technical needs and evaluate the overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and security of software solutions.

• Explain requirements clearly to various stakeholders, facilitating understanding and alignment across teams.

• Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Play a key role in the development of the next generation of fraud prevention solutions in the market, contributing to critical projects that protect our customers and the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or fraud prevention domain; knowledge of fraud prevention is an advantage.

• Strong ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, contributing to team success.

• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

• Competence in using Jira.

• Ability to simplify and present complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, ensuring understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
