Senior Backend / Fullstack Developer

We’re Aritma – a fintech company entering an exciting scale-up phase. Backed by a leading private equity firm, we’re building open APIs that seamlessly connect accounting and banking systems, transforming how businesses handle financial workflows.

We’re now looking for experienced backend or fullstack developers who want to help shape our products, lead by example, and grow with us as we scale both in Norway and internationally.

As a senior developer at Aritma, you’ll play a central role in a product-focused and fast-growing tech team. You’ll work closely with our product managers to build new features, solve real customer problems, and contribute to architectural decisions.

You’ll also:

• Take ownership and drive technical direction within your team

• Guide and support junior developers through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming

• Help us make smart tech choices as we evolve our platform
  
  

We work with a modern, cloud-native stack including:

Backend: C#, .NET, Azure, MS SQL

Infrastructure: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

Frontend: Next.js, React

As a senior developer, you’re expected to stay curious, experiment with AI-driven tools, and help us continuously improve how we work. If you're already using AI to enhance your development process – even better.

• Has solid experience with backend development, ideally in .NET/C#

• Writes clean, maintainable code and cares deeply about quality

• Enjoys taking responsibility and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo

• Wants to grow into a Tech Lead role (if not already there)

• Uses AI tools as part of your daily workflow, and enjoys working in a forward-thinking tech culture

• Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment

For one of the roles, it’s preferable if you have experience with ERP-systems like Microsoft FO and/or Microsoft Business Central.

Aritma connects, simplifies, and automates financial processes for more than 40,000 Nordic companies. Our systems handle over €140 billion annually—and we’re in the middle of an intense scale-up phase! We’ve grown from 30 to 100 MNOK in ARR in just two years, added 20 new colleagues last year (now approaching 60 in total), and recently brought in Main Capital Partners as our majority owner and strategic growth partner.
