We are looking for a proactive and analytical team player to take ownership of our end-to-end process initiatives across multiple functions.

About the role:

• Lead end-to-end process initiatives across multiple functions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on specialized multiple functions.
• Assist in the development, review and enhancement of processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision making.
• Maintain overall resposibility for up-to-date proces and training documentation.
• Perform testing and provide reular project status updates as needed.
• Monitor processes to ensure efficiency and high quality.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to share knowledge and best practices.
• Engage in ad hoc problem-solving to address emerging challenges.
• Contribute to projects and drive continuous process improvement and alignment across all segments.
• Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.
• Maintain and manage master data systems to support operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Support the ERP specialist.
• Understanding of the importance of reliable and well-structured master data as a foundation for efficient processes and sound decision-making.
• Experience with D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) or working with master data in other systems is considered an advantage.
