Vard Interiors AS is looking for our Vice President Project. In this position you will play an important role within Vard and be a member of the Vard Interiors management team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of project management quality processes and routines
• Full accountability for delivering projects within budget, quality and time
• Inspire and provide a clear direction to the team
• Together with the Planners develop schedules containing all agreed activities, deliverables and milestones
• Drive and develop the department and be sure each Project Manager and Planner has the right tools, expertise, and knowledge to perform the tasks assigned
• Decide the best use of resources and competence according to the project portfolio
• Build Project Management and Planning competence within the department and across the company

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in Project Management and/ or relevant experience
• Min. 5 years experience in a managerial role
• Technical understanding is advantageous
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
