Interior Designer

Vard Interiors wants to strengthen our team to support the increased requests and expectations from the market and owners in terms of interior solutions.

We are looking for a professional and motivated Interior Designer to join our team in Tennfjord.

So – what are your skills?

You should be ready to:

Support the architectural interior design process within the projects:

• Based on the GA propose the layout and placement of the furniture and equipment
• Collaborate with the engineering department to give the proper identity to the project
• Define color & material plan for the project and prepare relevant renderings
• Support sales and participate in client meetings to define the correct interior solutions for the project from the technical and esthetical point of view
• Prepare marketing materials, some content & presentations
• Follow up interior collection by monitoring the market trends and requests from the clients
• Sourcing new relevant materials and products in cooperation with Procurement Dept.

Join us if you:

• Have a great interest in interior design
• Have previous successful experience in a similar position
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Understand the shipbuilding industry (a huge advantage)
• Are used to AutoCAD, pCon.planner + Revit (or similar)
• Are an experienced user of 3D- and renderings software programs
