Would you define yourself as a Business Developer with PLM experience?
Would you love to spearhead our commercial growth in Scandinavia, Europe and the US?
In collaboration with Dreamwork, Jotne Connect is currently hiring looking for the right person to take on the responsibility as head of national and international business development and sales.
The role is intended to head international efforts, creating new opportunities while increasing value with existing clients and partners in new and existing markets.
In the role, you will report directly to the CEO, with excellent backing from VP sales and special advisors. You will also collaborate with Jotne Connects' CTO, and Project- and portfolio managers.
In total you will have 30 highly competent collegues in Jotne Connect, and a total of 100 collegues in the Jotne Group, valuing collaboration, innovation, and integrity.
In the role, you will have responsibilities to increase national and international sales of TruePLM, Jotne's flagship PLM application. TruePLM offers a comprehensive set of tools for managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept design to product retirement.
Moderate travel is to be expected in the position, estimated at 5-7 days per month.

Responsibilities:
- Expanding existing business with clients within aeronautics, space and defence
- Establishing new business through building national and international marketing collaborations, outgoing contacts and building relationships
- Analyzing clients and presenting solution architectures
- Expanding sales team and handling leadership responsibilities within 2-3 years
- Participation at trade fairs, seminars and other business gatherings
Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry processes in the PLM domain
- 4+ years of software sales experience including communication at CxO level.
- Experience with Industrial Data Software in large companies
Optional skills and experiences:
- Insight into AI, 3D modelling & digital twins
- Experience from international business
- Insight into ISO 10303
- Marketing strategy insights

- Charismatic and knowledgeable within PLM
- Fluent English Language. A scandinavian language is a plus
- Appriciates travelling and building international relationships
