Introduction to the job:

Receipt, Store, Pick and Deliver TechnipFMC's various equipment and ensure accurate and compliant Transaction Management of inventory between locations and Plants.

• Facilitate and process Goods Receipt of any TechnipFMC Eqpt, and affilliated Eqpt.in accordance to Company Standards and LWI's
• Coordinate, Facilitate and Support material transactions at TFMC Kongsberg Warehouse (All storrage Locations) in SAP/ERP systems, and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Herunder:

1. Place incoming parts into Warehouse inventory Stock / defined physical storrage locations, and confirm in SAP.
2. Pick parts in acordance to orders and deliver to production location (Kongsberg) or to Shipment (Kongsberg), and confirm in SAP.
3. Establish traceabillity where required.

• Work in accordance with TFMC Quality-. HMS- & GBPMS standards.
• At any time, be aware of- and stay up-dated on applicable procedures and routines interally in Warehouse Organization, and the workflow/transactions.
• Understand- and capable with Warehouse/Material Management Transactions (SAP WM/MM/MIGO etc. or equal), and be able to identify relevances in SAP/ERP systems for material transactions.
• Ensure tidyness and organization of Warehouse Indoor and Outdoor storrage locations.
• Activly review internal work processes and demands.
• Inventory Counting & Control on demand.
• Identify, promote and participate in improvements tasks within Warehouse Organization.
• Other task as guided by responsible Team Lead or Warehouse Manager.

• Certificate of Apprenticeship (Logistics/Warehouse)
• If no Certificate of Apprenticeship: min 3 yrs relevant Warehouse / Material Management Experience
• Good operational skills of Material Handling Units (Forklifts) and basic technical capabilities for daily technical cheks of these
• Forklift T1, T2, T3 & T4
• Good communications skills, open-minded, proactive, sense of responsiblility, dependabillity, teamwork, Self motivated and flexibility.
• Focus on, and ensure 100 % accuracy in daily work.
• To have an open, service minded mind-set, and be able to work under sometimes hectic and stressful periods
• Able to operate various equipment used in Warehouse environment.
• Be experienced with SAP/ERP transactions and process related to Warehouse Management (WM, MM, MIGO etc).
• Good English capabilletes.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway, without sponsorship
