We are looking for young talents graduating spring/summer 2024, who wants to pursue a Mechanical Engineer position in Aker Solutions. As a 2024 graduate at Aker Solutions, you will be a part of a graduate program that will give you the opportunity to become join a professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit our headquarters and one of our yards.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for mechanical equipment in all phases of projects (studies, FEED's and execution) which includes the following tasks:

• Evaluating mechanical equipment technology
• Equipment selection and configuration
• Writing specifications
• Multidiscipline cooperation
• Acting as package responsible engineer (PRE) for mechanical equipment incl. bid evaluation, supplier coordination and follow-up, coordination of internal disciplines, interaction with procurement and client, testing and mechanical completion activities

We think you should have:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering areas
• Good communication skills and a proactive work approach are required
• Team player attitude
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Fluency in written and spoken English
