Junior Client Services Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join as a Junior Client Services Project Manager. The role will focus on being a point of contact for a given portfolio of customers within the OEM IVD business and handle daily coordination of customer requests. In this role you will also be a key contributor for our team in assisting in many important administrative tasks to ensure we as a team are on track to meet our long term strategic goals.

The position involves cross functional collaboration and coordination as well as close contact to field business development and strategic market development.

How will you make an impact?

Handle daily coordination of customer requests related to purchase orders, shipment follow-up, and tracking of deliveries and proses targets. Collectign data on key performance indicators to ensure correct tracking and reporting to the bigger buiness team . Responsible for team administrative tasks like sending product samples to customers and keeping the sample archive updated.

The position involves cross functional collaboration and coordination as well as close contact to the business team .

What will you do?

• Ensure customer requests flow smoothly into and through the entire order cycle, from inquiry to invoicing.
• Current, accurate and complete tracking of customer requests including account management communication regarding progress, issues etc.
• Weekly data tracking on deliveries
• Support meeting annual AOP goals
• Manage and maintain our customer sample system
• Coordination of appropriate legal documents, and tracking systems
• Issue of quotes and tracking of orders.
• Current, accurate and complete tracking of customer information including account management, communication, lead time, regarding progress, issues, orders etc.
• Issue reports as appropriate (e.g. forecast and sales)
• Escalation of issues and concerns to the leadership team within OEM IVD business

Minimum Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree is an advantage
• Experience with using Office 365 with advanced MS Excel
• Good at prioritizing your own time
• Fluent English and a Scandinavian language
• Flexible during working hours when needed
