"I get to develop my leadership and
collaboration skills"
My job is to make sure we develop
and produce high quality products
consistently and in a reproducible
manner. The fact that the product
itself is a Norwegian invention,
and the manufacturing is located
in Norway, is something I think we
should be very proud of. Here,
I get to develop my leadership and
collaboration skills by participating
in both scientific and administrative
teamwork, while I also have to take
initiative and responsibility for my
own tasks to ensure we reach our
common goals.
