Quality Specialist

We are now looking for a systematic and organized team-player to join our QA team in Norway. You will be working at both our sites (Oslo and Lillestrøm) and report to the Senior Manager, QA/QC.

What will you do?

• Coordinate the change control process through processing and approving change control requests by reviewing accuracy, completeness & compliance with SOPs

• Manage the electronic Document Management System by working as a Document Change Analyst

• Maintain quality management systems (e.g., maintain training records, get sign offs, etc.)

• Manage electronic and paper archives

• Coordinate customer documentation (C of A, C of O’s) including providing, upon customer request, documentation for product specified by customer

• Coordinate quality training programs and curricula

• Manage deviation and CAPA process

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluent in Norwegian and English

• Experience working with electronic databases and documentation handling

• Experience from Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry is an advantage but not a requirement

• You are systematic and organized

• You have a strong desire for continuous improvement

• Your work is of high quality and you transfer your standards and expectation of quality to your colleagues

• You motivate and communicate well with everyone and at all levels in-house

• You thrive on influencing others and are results driven

• You enjoy working independently as well as in team settings
