About our team:

Rollout is responsible for all deployment of infrastructure of the Telenor Norway?s network. The rollout is a top priority area in Telenor, as we are responsible for deployment of all relevant infrastructure as mobile, transport fiber network, FTTH, radio links and sea cables.

The deployment is planned and implemented together with our field force partners, and our partners handle large and small projects, as well as build orders in tight co-operation with the Rollout organization.

As our new Process Expert you will be working together with our managers, project managers, partners and IT department to improve the end-to-end production process. You will also be a part of the 5G team. We are looking for you that can, and are eager to, take charge of the RPA development in our process development, and become our RPA expert!

As our Process Expert you will be responsible for:

• Having the overview of the production processes within Rollout
• Evaluate processes and tasks to identify automation feasibility
• Designing, building, documenting, testing, deploying and monitoring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
• Securing more radical improvements in projects where the objective is to integrate existing production lines and/or establish new processes
• Defining production processes for large projects as well as order production
• Defining and follow up necessary changes in the IT-systems for implementing the decided process improvements
• Implementing process changes in the organization including training, process documentation and KPIs

We are looking for you that have some or all of these qualifications:

• Completed a Bachelor or Master degree within IT, statistics or mathematics
• Minimum 3 years? experience from process improvements ? preferable in an industrial environment
• Understanding of RPA software products and, preferably, programming skills
• Database knowledge and Excel capabilities
• Ability to understand and communicate with the business side
• Ability to write requirements for process and IT
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and oral
• Good PowerPoint skills
