To accomplish this, we need to strengthen our team with a CLM Manager in the division Fixed & TV. 

CLM & Sales Performance Management is a newly created department by merging CLM department and Performance Management team in Fixed & TV. The department?s responsibility is to ensure that Telenor has meaningful dialogue with its customers. We develop, maintain and grow the value of our customer base by designing, implementing and evaluating customer lifecycle programs and activities. The team is also responsible to develop and manage NBA (next best action) solution. In this role, you will work closely with campaign manager, data engineers, data scientists and other internal stakeholders.

We are seeking a person who wants to make a difference in the following areas:

  • Design, develop & operationalize customer lifecycle management strategy
  • Lead the development and management for NBA across Fixed & TV 
  • Own and manage performance on new sales, upsell, cross sales and retention activities and take measures for reaching targets
  • Design and develop contextual marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing to improve targeting and performance
  • Define and develop trigger based sales and marketing activities
  • Estimate CLV together with our Data Scientists and operationalize it 
  • Build dashboards for monitoring customer lifetime value and prepare forecasts and set targets for new sales, upsell, cross sales and churn

We believe you have

  • 3+ years? experience with marketing, CLM and personalized sales 
  • Experience with building next best action solutions
  • Extensive understanding and experience with experimental design, A/B testing, data and analytics
  • Competence on database marketing and affinity with relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAS, Salesforce)
  • Experience with forecasting and business case development
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluency in English. It will be an advantage if you are also fluent in Norwegian/Scandinavian
