As part of the program, you will work in cross-functional teams to solve key challenges in projects that will form Telenor as a company in the future. The program lasts for 8 weeks and at the end of the internship, you will have the opportunity to present your findings to the top management team in Telenor Norway.

About the Mobile division in Telenor:
The Mobile Division is responsible for Telenor Norway?s offering of mobile services to consumers in Norway. We are responsible for product development, sales, marketing and customer care for all mobile services sold to the consumer by Telenor and Talkmore brands.

About the project:
We are looking for a group of motivated and dedicated students to work hand in hand with Min Sky?s team on making Min Sky the nr.1 app in the Nordics for storage and enjoyment of photos.  Min Sky is one of Telenor?s biggest apps, with almost 1 000 000 registered users, providing free, unlimited and secure cloud storage services to all Telenor customers. Going forward, Min Sky aims to bring further delight to users by releasing new and engaging functionalities for enjoying and interacting with photos.  

We are eager to welcome 1 UX designer and 2 strategy developers/analysts that can help us carry out competitor analysis and development and testing of new concepts to support Min Sky?s goal of becoming the primary photo storage and engagement service in the Nordic markets.This project is suitable for those interested in learning how to work with a lean startup methodology, to shorten product development cycles and rapidly discover if a proposed business model is viable. You will also get insight into the importance of collaboration between different fields of expertise to ensure that a product has success from day one.
The project manager on Telenor?s side will be Anna Tsyro.

We are looking for applicants who:

• Are in their last year of a Bachelor program or first year of a Master?s program in interaction design, UX design or web design for digital platforms
• Are in their last year of a Bachelor program or first year of a Master?s program in Marketing, entrepreneurship or similar.
• Has an interest in technology and business development
• Some experience or advanced knowledge driving market or competitor analysis, customer surveys, etc.
• Have good academic results
• Are ambitious, curious, driven, and enjoy a challenge
• Are social and have good communication skills in English
