After studying real estate, I quickly realized I wanted something else. After several different jobs, I was tipped to apply at Orkla Health and started working at their factory in Flisa in September 2022. The job as a production worker involves a lot of creative problem-solving, which I really enjoy, while also experiencing personal progress through learning, training, and responsibility within the team. I enjoy both the responsibility in the team and working independently with music in my ears.

I’ve worked at Orkla Health for two months, and I’ve already experienced how varied and engaging everyday life here is. With fun and innovative projects, a warm and inclusive work environment, and a culture of knowledge-sharing, I feel inspired to grow and contribute. It’s exciting to be part of a company that focuses on health and well-being, and I look forward to everything I can learn and create here.

I now work in the sales department in a newly established position, with responsibilities I enjoy and learn a lot from.
